Dumbbells. Deadlifts. Diapers.

The Dad Lifting Club is for the dad who still finds time to train—even when life now includes early mornings, packed schedules, bedtime routines, and diaper duty.

This isn't just another gym shirt. It's about the discipline that carries from the weight room into fatherhood: staying strong, showing up, taking care of your family, and becoming the kind of man your kids can look up to.

The bold vintage-inspired design brings together fatherhood, strength, and discipline in a shirt made for dads who lift, new fathers, gym dads, and guys discovering that sometimes the heaviest lifting happens after the workout is over.

From morning workouts and garage gyms to Saturday afternoons with the kids, this one belongs in the Dad Lifting Club.
